Ceremonies By Luanne ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://ceremoniesbyluanne.ca, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you use the contact form or book a consultation, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the type and approximate date of your ceremony, venue, guest count, budget, how you heard about us, and any message you write. We also receive standard technical information (IP address, browser, pages visited) through privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold your consultation, deliver the ceremony you book, and keep our own records of the work. We never sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Your information is stored with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf: our website host (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), our scheduling tool (Cal.com or Calendly, when you book a time) and our email provider (Resend, for notifications). Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A preference cookie may remember your light/dark theme choice.
